Results

So... No scales were thrown or smashed. There wasn't a tantrum thrown. I didn't even see a doughnut.  The magic number was 7!!  7 lbs closer to my goal.  What a relief.  It is just rewarding to see the effort is worth it.

However, I am nervous for the next weigh in Sunday.  I am surely not getting my hopes up. Through these few weeks doing this diet lifestyle change, I feel God working in and through me.  He is showing so many things about myself, my heart, and my service to Him.  Some things are positive, but many aren't so positive.

I pray to seek after Him with an earnest, pure, transparent heart.
